1. Platform Nature & Rewards

PayWave is a rewards and market research engagement platform. Tokens represent in-platform digital reward points redeemable for Naira based on configured token conversion rates (default: 1 Token = ₦4). PayWave does not offer investment products, guarantees of return, or employment status.

2. User Accounts & Integrity

Users agree to provide accurate registration details. Each individual is permitted one active account. Duplicate accounts created to circumvent survey limits or collect repeated welcome bonuses will be terminated and forfeiting any accumulated tokens.

3. Survey Participation & 3-Attempt Limit

Survey opportunities are subject to partner quotas. Users are permitted up to three (3) verified completions per eligible survey unless specified otherwise. Survey answers must be honest and substantive.

4. Withdrawal Processing & Paystack Fee

All withdrawals are governed by our Withdrawal Policy, including the mandatory ₦6,200 administrative processing fee settled via Paystack and a minimum threshold of 5,000 Tokens (₦20,000).
